Due to the critical shortage of volunteers,
we will be closing the parish game and food booths at 2pm on Sunday.
The RAFFLE DRAWING WILL BE AT 2PM.
THE CARNIVAL WILL BE OPEN UNTIL 5PM.

FESTIVAL PRE-SALE AND BOOTH SIGN-UP AFTER MORNING MASSES We will be taking volunteer sign-ups for festival as well as selling presale tickets after the morning masses. Or see the On-line sign-up:

OPENING CEREMONY PARADE Children of all ages (the young and the young at heart) are invited to help us kick off our festival celebration with a parade for our opening event. Come in costume (“Disney” theme strongly suggested) or come as you are. Bring friends. Meet in front of the church at 4:45 on Friday, September 17. The parade will begin at 5. Questions? All Holy Family School and Parish families should hav received a pack of 6 tickets. If you haven't received tickets and would like to purchase some, they are available in the parish office. They will also be available at the festival.
Raffle tickets are $10 per ticket or 6 for $50
If you received tickets and are not planning on purchasing them, we would appreciate it if you could return them so we can sell them to others. Thanks!
You can purchase raffle tickets up until the drawing which is at 2pm on Sunday, September 19th.
Raffle ticket prizes are:
· 1st Prize- $3,000 or 6 months of HFS tuition covered (non-transferable)
· 2nd Prize-$2,000
· 3rd Prize- $1,000

GREENHOUSE Drop off your donations at the Greenhouse on Festival Friday morning, September 17th.
BOOKWORM We are accepting donations for the Bookworm. Please DO NOT give us: Encyclopedias, Text Books, or VHS Tapes. We will be accepting them in the parish office during regular offich hours.

BIDDING ON SILENT AUCTION If you are interested in bidding on items in the silent auction you can create a bidding account with the following link: https://app.bidbeacon.com/invite/#3WR3KN. If you bid last year, you can use the same account. Please note that the items will be available to look at in the Community Center but all bidding will be done on-line.
